Subscription Policy
What is a subscription?
A subscription on this is site is a monthly fee of £5 that you pay to obtain premium access to this site. There is no minimum term, you can subscribe for 1 month, 100 months or more, there is no penalty for cancelling.
How much does it cost?
The current member is £5 per month. Our current policy is that if we increase our prices you will continue to pay the old price you signed up for as long your subscription is still active. If you cancel your subscription and then sign up again you will join at the new rate. We will inform you via this page if we change our policy but we have run it this way for over 6 years and see no need to make any changes in the near future. It rewards those with long standing memberships.
How do I cancel?
To cancel simply go to your profile and click on Subscription, you can then hit the cancel button. If you have any issues please email accounts@webbuster.co.uk and they will talk you through it or cancel it for you.
Can I cancel and resign up whenever I want
Yes, you are in control of your subscription, there is no minimum period, you can sign up and cancel as often as you like.
What if I pay and don't get premium access?
Simply email us:- sales@webbuster.co.uk and we will sort this for you.
Can I have a refund on a subscription?
You can have a refund on a subscription as long as you have not logged in to access the premium content. Once you have logged in to see the content you can't then have a fund for that month but you can instantly cancel so you are not paying for the next month.
How do I create a subscription?
You simply sign up for premium membership, the only payment option is a subscription via world pay. This can be cancelled at anytime without penalty by clicking the cancel button in your profile under subscription.
