Creating a Workout Plan

  1. Create a Daily Plan (eg Monday, Tuesday etc)
  2. Add Sections (eg Back, Chest, Legs or Warm Up, Main, Cool Down)
  3. Add Exercises (eg, Bicep Curl, Bench Press, Treadmil)

and that is it, you then have your plans for each day on your phone, PC, Tablet, Smart TV or Games console.

 

Creating a Challenge

  1. Create a New Challenge (eg to bench press 8 reps at 40kg)
  2. Enter your result each time you do this exercise
  3. See the graph track your progress on your phone, PC, Tablet, Smart TV or Games console.
